Chef Angelo has a passion for creating healthy, but delicious recipes. Between utilizing his certification in personal training & his inspiration from his family farms in Italy, he is able to create healthy options that don't lack in flavor!
Chef Kim has trained under Chef Bryan Voltaggio in his restaurant group in Washington D.C. She has opened restaurants all along the East Coast such as Kingbird at The Watergate Hotel DC, The Back 40 RI, & Ursinos Steakhouse & Tavern NJ.
